We aim at Pipkin Clothing Limited (Pipkin) to provide you with fine quality goods and service with which you will be completely happy. To assist in this, your use of this website (the Website) and any order you may place with us will be governed by these terms and conditions (the Terms). We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when placed on the Website and will apply to any orders confirmed by us after that. The Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We try to ensure that the information provided on the Website is accurate. In particular, that all details, descriptions and prices of products shown are correct. In spite of that, errors will sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price and/or description or cancel it. All Pipkin designs displayed on the Website are only available whilst fabric stocks last.
We try to display garment colours accurately but the photographic process, browser software and monitor displays can cause colour variations and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies between the image and the actual product.
We may provide links to other websites or resources. We are unable to accept responsibility for these, nor can we be deemed to have endorsed their content.
Prices are subject to change at any time but no change will apply to an order we have already confirmed. There is currently no VAT on children's wear. Prices do not include Delivery.
Our handmade garments are only produced as made to order items. Therefore your order is subject to fabric availability and payment. We will confirm by email our acceptance of your order once payment has been made in full. No contract will exist between us until that email has been sent. If an item is out of stock we will advise you before confirming your order.
We accept online payment by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact Pipkin to discuss alternative payment methods.
Wherever possible orders are dispatched within 5 working days following our confirmation of your order. We will email you to confirm dispatch. Postage and packing charges are as follows:
UK mainland standard delivery - £3.95, please allow up to 10 days from confirmation of order
UK mainland express delivery - £5.95, please allow 3 days from confirmation of order
For delivery outside mainland UK please contact us through the Website via email or phone.
Lost and Damaged Parcels
Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until a reasonable enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days in the case of standard delivery. You must then inform us of any lost parcel within 14 working days of confirmation of dispatch. For other delivery options you must inform us within 5 working days of the expected date of delivery.
Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Should you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please notify us at email@example.com. All items must be returned in new, unused and unworn condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service so if you return an item you should prepay the postage. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for or accept returns which are lost or damaged in the post, so we suggest that you use a postal option which protects you in this event, or at least obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.
Please allow 14 days for us to process your returns. Please note we are unable to refund the original delivery charges unless the item is returned because it was faulty or not the item you ordered.
Exchanges will be processed depending on stock availability and replacements should be with you in about 10 days but we recommend that you place a new order and return the original item for refund if the item is needed urgently. Postage charges will apply for exchanges.
Sale items and bespoke items are non refundable.

Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure a reliable website service. We cannot guarantee that your use of the Website will be free from interruption or error. We cannot be responsible or liable to you for any disruption, loss or corruption of any content or material downloaded or transmitted through the Website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the use of the Website at any time for any reason.
When you place an order we ask you to provide us with certain personal information such as name, address and email to enable us to fulfill your order and communicate efficiently with you.
When you register with us, we inform you that we may use your details to send you newsletters and other promotional offers via email, mail and SMS.
We will not sell, use or otherwise disclose, any information we hold about you to any third parties without your permission except that if we are required to provide your details to the police or any other regulatory authority we are entitled to do so.
All personal information stored by us is kept on a server in a secure way. However, you will acknowledge that the Internet is not a 100% secure medium for communication and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us (or we send to you) via the Internet. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.
